Membership of the PTFA
At Eccleston St. Mary's, we have a very active Parent, Teacher and Friends Association. Every member of our school community is considered to be part of the association and we encourage everyone to get involved in the various fund-raising and social activities, which are organised by the committee on a regular basis.
The PTFA Players
The PTFA Players are a group of current and former parents and friends of the school who love to perform! Every January / February they produce a show which plays to packed houses over two weekends. A hot pot supper is included in the price of the ticket and a great time is had by all.
The show raises a phenomenal amount of money for the school and the proceeds have allowed us to really enhance our children's experience in school.
The players are always keen to welcome new members so if you're feeling inspired either to appear on stage or to help behind the scenes, please do get in touch - the more, the merrier!

Our most recent purchases, funded by the PTFA and the PTFA Players were a set of 32 Ipads and charging trolleys, along with interactive TV screens for every classroom. The PTFA are also paying for us to belong to the Lancashire Library Service, for which we are very grateful.
