Party Day!

No birthday is ever quite complete without a party and so on the big day itself - 6th November - we came to school in our party clothes and celebrated in style!

A highlight of the day was our Big Birthday Bake Off, when all our families were invited to create a cake, fit to celebrate 150 glorious years. The results were phenomenal and every one could have been a winner. Thank you so much to Angela from Caffe Manna, who came in to judge the winners - not an enviable task!

The day was rounded off with a celebratory assembly for parents and friends as well as the children and staff. With everyone present, it was the perfect time to finally seal the time capsule we have been putting together throughout the year. Hopefully, many of our current children will come back to see it opened in 2073 - St. Mary's 200th birthday!
